Refund & Returns Policy

1. What is atuz.com's return policy ?
NO, due to we are running low-profit margin scheme hence there is no return allowed. As we already checked carefully of the particular products of it has any flaws and we make sure it is in good condition before we ship out.

We hope our customers would understand that we are running a low profit margin scheme in order to provide a competitive product pricing.Therefore we will only cover the shipping fees for the replacement items if the returned items are due to damaged stocks or items that stained massively.

2. Applicable for refund/ exchangeable:
  1. Deliver wrong products: Products are different in colours and styles from what you ordered.
  2. Products with prominent quality problems
  3. Pre-order products which is out of stock

3. Not applicable for product refund /exchangeable:
  1. We do not accept subjective reasons for returns such as ; (not good looking, changing mind, do not like the color, not nice as expected, too large or too small ..)
  2. Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online
  3. Products that are unpacked, washed and worn
  4. Damage due to not able to be stretched.
  5. Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
  6. Buyers who did not inform us regarding the reason for exchange and post the item back directly will not be entertained
  7. Return or exchange is not allowed. If the size measurement differs about 1-3cm only. Sold out items are not available for exchange.

4. Is cancellation of order allow in atuz.com?
  1. We would advise you to be certain of your selection first before placing an order.Once the order has been submitted, cancellation of order will be not allowed.

5. Do we ship internationally ?
