1. What is atuz.com's return policy ?
Pending: This is the first stage where your order will go into once it has successfully been processed in our system. At this stage the order is awaiting to received the payments.

Confirmed: This is the second stage where the order and payment are received and proceed to shipping.

Shipped: This is the final stage, your order will go into once it has been sent out by our dispatch team to the shipping company. At this stage, you will be given a unique tracking ID code in order to track your order.

2. How long does delivery takes ?
It takes about 1-2 working days for us to process your order and about 3-4 working days to deliver your order, after you submit your order and payment done on our website.

PENISULAR MALAYSIA: It takes 2-4 working days after the payment has been paid.
SABAH, SARAWAK: It takes within 7 working days after the payment has been paid.
INTERNATIONAL: It takes within 30 working days after the payment has been paid.

Generally the stock is sent into our warehouse to be dispatched once the sale has finalized.

3. How much postage will be charged for each order?
The shipping fee is subject to the amount listed on the website. We do not have any free shipping policy at the moment.

4. How are your products sent?
Your products are delivered by the courier companies and if no one is home at the time of attempted delivery your letter box will be carded and you can call to arrange for re-collection.

However, you may also track your order online by using the unique tracking code provided by us.

NOTE: We will not be responsible for the lost if you have filled incorrect information in the order form. And we are here to notify our valued customers that you should track the items online frequently after we send you regarding the tracking information, in order to avoid any troubles may cause in the delivery process.
